Caterina Baars
Health sciences scholar pursuing an Erasmus Mundus degree, focused on disaster situations and sustainable living

About
I'm a health sciences researcher who's passionate about disaster response and sustainable living. My work focuses on finding practical ways to help communities become more resilient in the face of health crises and environmental challenges.
After studying health sciences in Hamburg, I joined the Research and Transfer Centre for Sustainability and Climate Change Management. There, I worked on projects that brought together researchers and communities to tackle climate adaptation and sustainable development challenges.
Now I'm studying across Europe as part of the Erasmus Mundus program, learning from different perspectives on global health and disaster response. This experience is helping me understand how we can create healthier, more sustainable ways of living in our changing world.
